Adult beginners For adult members who need to learn basic swimming skills, learn to breathe and float on the water properly, learn individual swimming techniques that they can gradually improve Goal: Swim 100 m continuously

Adults intermediate For adult members who have basic swimming skills, know the technique of at least 2 swimming strokes, can swim about 1,200 – 1,500 m, but need to increase their swimming and physical performance Goal: Swim 200 m continuously, learn the basics of the butterfly style and improve your technique in 3 swimming strokes

Adults advanced For adult members who swim about 2,200 m but need to improve their swimming and physical performance and also the technique of individual swimming strokes Goal: Swim your best possible 400m time, and train for a triathlon/swim race

Children intermediate Membership for children who can dive their head under water, glide independently on the water, swim at least 15 m, know some swimming techniques such as crawl, backstroke legs and arms Goal: To teach children to swim 50 metres continuously and to learn new/additional swimming styles and improve their technique

Children advanced Membership for children who can swim 25 meters continuously on their own, mastering swimming techniques such as crawl, backstroke and breaststroke Goal: To teach children to improve their swimming technique to the level of sport swimming, to learn new swimming styles, to increase their swimming performance and to participate in swimming competitions

Adolescents Membership for children at the age from 12 to 18 Goal: To teach children to swim in all swimming styles, to increase physical fitness, motor and physical skills
